Three things: stomach crunch, hip lift, Pilates.
Stomach Crunch
The popular ‘stomach crunch’, which has convinced health and wellness buffs to be very effective, involve a variety of systematic body positioning from which yo can choose whatever fits you.
Act number one: the forward bend. You can do this by sitting or standing position. Very easy. This regulates form on the stomach area as it works on the center. To work on the obloquies, do the side bends. Do both exercises gently or you’ll get a back and neck pain. You may experience slight aches during the first few practices but doing it regularly would ease things out.
Act number two: the long-arm crunch. Lie your body conveniently on a flat surface with your knees bent, your feet flat on the floor. Then, start reaching your back from your head. This would contract your stomach muscles. Thirty degrees off the ground, lift your arms, your head, and your shoulders. Remain in this position for less than a minute and release softly. Rest and then repeat.
Hip Lift
Act three: the hip-lift. Lie even on the floor then gently elevate your legs 90 degrees up, and hold for a couple of seconds. After a few seconds lower your hips back to the floor and then repeat the cycle for a set. You may also lie on your stomach while your hands rest over your head. Just the same, hold still and release. This toughens the whole abdomen.
Pilates
Act four: Pilates. Every movement in Pilates workout has emphasis on the important muscles in the body that needs firming, abdomen included. Pilates is not stressful as if doing yoga where there are less heavy and tedious movements. Generally, this workout is relaxing.
For the adventurous fitness fans and fun-loving, summer-crazy guys and gals, these are just some of the most effective ways to make your summer experience more memorable. There are a lot more to try. Just always remember to wear a sexy smile to complete your being body-beautiful.
