Recognizing Eating Disorder

How would you know if someone suffers from eating disorder? The symptoms don’t get too obvious at first. It might appear normal on someone in your household to perform basic dieting measures in the beginning, but when you realize the habit slowly poses some negative effects, you might get suddenly lost.
